Paul Wwalker’s Fast and Furious Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R

The Skyline GT-R made a new generation of fans when it appeared in the Gran Tourismo series and reached new heights when the Fast & Furious made Japanese tuner culture a part of the American cultural zeitgeist. The car that became an icon of that era is now going to auction: The R34 Skyline GT-R that starred in the fourth Fast & Furious film. Modified to Paul Walker’s personal specifications, this GT-R was the hero car for the Fast & Furious 4. Brought over from Japan, the car was reassembled in California as a kit car to skirt import restrictions. A correct RB26 engine was installed, along with a larger intercooler, East Bear body kit, Rotora brakes, and Volk Racing wheels. The car makes an estimated 550 horsepower thanks to increasing the boost pressure and remapping the ECU. The car was impounded after filming, and following a legal battle due its import status, was shipped to Germany, where it currently resides.
